Speedwatch 2025

May 2025: We are delighted to report that a resident has come forward to act as Speed Watch Coordinator.

This means that Barnham can now reactivate its speedwatch team subject to sufficient volnteers coming forward. 
To-date we have 5 volunteers but we need more to actively progress - 10 would be a reasonable number. Please give serious consideration to joining the team: Contact Cllr Joh Bauer to find out more.

In the meanwhile Cllr John Bauer - Chair of Barnham Parish Council is continuing to download the data from the vehicle activated speed indicator sign (VAS) - on the Green next to the Church.
This equipment records volume of traffic and speeds travelled. It does not have a camera and so is unable to record registration numbers or vehicle type.
