Notice of Election received from the Electoral Services, West Suffolk Council

The Notice of Election starts the election timetable and the nomination period for candidates to submit their nomination papers will be from 9am Monday 30 March 2026 until 4pm on Thursday 9 April 2026. We will be publishing the Statement of Persons Nominated and the Notice of Poll on the afternoon of Thursday 9 April 2026, and we will send this to you with a request that you display them in your area too.

Please note that the publication of the Notice of Election starts the pre-election period. During this time, public bodies (including parish and town councils) should not issue any publicity which seeks to influence voters.
