Meetings 2023 - 31 March 2024

Meetings of Barnham Parish Council are normally held bi-monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the relevant month.  Occasionally it  may be necessary to change the date or to include an additional meeting.

Meeting dates and agendas are made available on the Notice Board at Barnham Village Hall, on this website and via the parish council facebook page.

Note : Minutes are posted on the website in draft form within four weeks of the meeting date. Minutes are agreed as a true record at the following Parish Council meeting. (For example: September minutes are approved at the November meeting).

Residents are always welcome to attend meetings of the parish council, during which there is the opportunity to make comments or raise issues of concern during the public participation session, relating to any matters included on the agenda.  Other matters raised will be permitted at the discretion of the Chair and if necessary a response will be provided outside of the meeting or, if considered appropriate, will be included on a future agenda.
